Sights from my new hood

So, I recently moved to Astoria, I've been busy getting settleted and hanging out with my new roommates. Here are some shots of my newest neighborhood. These are from a few weeks ago, I wanted to take more this weekend, but Hanna is now here.....


This building is right along the East River. It used to be a piano factory, but is now luxuary apatrments. The photos below are from Socrates Sculpture Park. Its about 2 1/2 blocks from my apt. They change the scuptures every few months, these were just being put up at the time....
